Company Profile

Company Profile

Analytics Pros was founded in January of 2009 with a mission to empower and support Google Analytics users worldwide. Since then services have expanded from strictly Google Analytics support to include a complete range of digital measurement, traffic generation, and conversion optimization services as well as a portfolio of products and tools.

Leadership

Analytics Pros was founded by Caleb Whitmore, one of the top Google Analytics Certified Partners globally. Caleb has been working with Google Analytics and the team at Google since launch of the product in 2005, regularly contributing to the official Google Analytics blog and speaking at industry events. Additionally, Caleb co-authored the book Performance Marketing with Google Analytics, published by Wiley in 2010 and is Founder of GAUGE, the Google Analytics Users’ Great Event conference series. Prior to founding Analytics Pros, Caleb was Director of Search & Analytics for POP, a leading independent interactive agency. While there he was responsible for pioneering and building POP’s Search & Analytics programs.

Team & Client Profile

The Analytics Pros team consists of seasoned online marketing professionals working in SEO, SEM, web development, and web analytics for more than a decade. Our team has had the privilege to lead the strategy and implementation of web analytics, search engine optimization, and sponsored search marketing solutions with some of the world’s leading brands across multiple industries, including:

  • Public and private sector for-profit and non-profit organizations
  • Leading online retailers
  • Top food & beverage retailers
  • Travel, tourism, and hospitality
  • World-renowned performing arts organizations
  • Global leaders in the auto industry
  • Major real estate brands
  • Large healthcare providers
  • Media & publishing
  • Finance
  • Federal, state & local governmental agencies

Our clients range from small businesses to large enterprises, for-profit to non-profits to federal, state, and local government. We believe this broad cross-section is due to the fact that we work with such a specific toolset with deep experience. We’ve found time and again that the principles are organization-agnostic, i.e. they are the same regardless of the type or size of organization. What does vary is the application of principles given the context of your organization. For example, conversion rate exists for all organizations, however “conversion” for a small e-retailer is different than “conversion” for a federal government agency. Chances are, in the last 24 hours you’ve visited a website on which our team has implemented Google Analytics, optimized for search engines, planned and managed the sponsored search campaigns, or optimized conversion rates.
